fantastic stay!

friendly ladyfree drinksthoughtful touchdisappointing spa

the reception lady was very friendly she. she even surprised us with free drinks at check-in as a birthday treat i thought this was very thoughtful. the room decor surprised me too i noticed chocolates water and fanta upon arrival which i certainly appreciated.

i found the spa slightly disappointing i think there's room for improvement in that area. i hope they address it soon to enjoy it fully.

the classic double room was a great size i really loved how clean it was! it featured basic amenities, such as a tv, kettle with tea and coffee, ironing board and iron, and even a mini fridge, what more could you want?

I found the front desk staff very friendly.. their conversations were helpful and informed. the hotel room was clean and spacious. the hotel maintained a peaceful atmosphere, and i slept soundly in the comfortable bed. i especially enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. Everything was very well kept.

the queue for check-in was longer than i expected, which caused a slight delay at the beginning of my stay.

The double bed in the single room was certainly more spacious than expected, a lovely surprise. I noticed the bathroom was recently renovated, with a modern design. Cleanliness impressed me, both in my room and the shared spaces. The restaurant provided a good experience and I enjoyed the quality of the breakfast.

I found the staff so polite, helpful, and very responsive! breakfast had plentiful choices and tasted delicious, especially the fresh pastries! the room was clean and included quality linens. I slept soundly in the very comfortable bed.
